The staff and host are friendly, the room is well-furnished with a memory foam mattress and futon, and there's free parking available for guests arriving by car.

Personnel was fairly friendly!
Everything was amazing and the rooms where well furnished and neat. Its location was particularly good, to attractions in town, and in a great area. Also, it was 15 minutes drive to a public library. The food was APPETISING - a lot of options.

Quiet atmosphere, original hotel, it has good location near to the Fujinomiya waterfalls. Everyone is approachable and host too. Would have extended the stay, couldn't recommend more it to others...

The guesthouse had a quiet atmosphere. the location was favorable, just a 10-15 minute walk from a large public park. It was conveniently situated near beautiful waterfalls and bus stops.

The hotel offered free car parking, which was convenient for us during our stay. Additionally, the rooms were relatively large compared to other Japanese hotels, providing us with ample space. Moreover, the location of the hotel was key, being close to the train station and making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
The hygiene of the hotel was subpar. The kitchen was not well maintained and lacked cleanliness.

I had a great experience at Guesthouse Face To Face. The owner went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and taken care of during my stay. They even drove me to the bus station for my trip to the nearby Mount Fuji 5th station. The traditional Japanese rooms with futons on tatami mats were comfortable and clean. The owner was generous, offering free coffee, sake, wine. I highly recommend this guesthouse for its warm hospitality and convenient location near the station and AEON shopping center.

Great location, just a short walk from the train station. the room was spacious and had a traditional Japanese atmosphere.
The kitchen could have been cleaner and better equipped. It was a bit dirty and lacked some necessary items.
